Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of this platform. By creating an account, posting a job, accepting work, buying a service or funding a wallet, you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate information when you register, and keep it accurate. One person may hold one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and tell us immediately if you believe somebody else has used it.

Accounts may be suspended where there is good reason to believe they are being used for fraud, for impersonation, or to break these terms.

Work, payment and escrow

Money paid for a job or an order is held by the platform until the work is accepted or the order is completed. It is not the worker's money while it is held, and it is no longer the buyer's.

Where work is rejected or an order is cancelled, the money returns to the person who paid it. Where the two sides disagree, either may open a dispute and the decision made on that dispute is final as far as the platform is concerned.

Fees and commissions are shown before you commit to anything, and are set out on the platform.

What you may not do

Do not post work that is illegal, that involves deceiving other people, that requires somebody to create fake accounts, fake reviews or fake engagement, or that asks for another person's private information.

Do not move payment off the platform. It removes every protection escrow and disputes exist to give, and it is the most common way people are defrauded here.

Ending your use of the platform

You may close your account at any time. Money already held in escrow for work in progress is settled first.

We may end or limit access where these terms are broken.

Changes

These terms may change. Where a change materially affects you, you will be told before it takes effect.
